How long will my cards take?
You get the first design draft within 24 hours of sending your event details. Once you approve the design, all the guest cards are ready in one to three days, depending on how many there are.
I have 500 guests. Can you manage?
Yes. Our system produces cards in bulk. Fifty guests or a thousand is the same job. Each one gets their own card with their name and number.
Does the QR code need internet at the door?
The check-in page needs internet to open the first time. After that it works even on a weak signal. We also give you a guest list searchable by card number as a backup, and a paper list to print.
What if I want to change a guest's name or number after sending?
That is possible. Changes after a card has been approved cost TZS 1,600 per card. Before approval, changes are free.
How do you send the cards to guests?
By WhatsApp and SMS, straight from your register. The message opens with the guest's name and their card is attached. You do no forwarding yourself.
How does payment work?
Fifty per cent to begin the work, and fifty per cent before the cards go out to guests. We accept M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa and bank transfer.
Do you make printed cards as well?
Yes. The same design is printed on quality paper at TZS 3,700 per card. Many people mix the two: digital cards for all the guests, printed cards for the elders and special guests.
Do you work outside Dar es Salaam?
Yes. Digital cards work anywhere in Tanzania and abroad. For the door check-in team (Luxury), we arrange it by agreement for events outside Dar.
Do you keep my guests' details?
Your register is yours. We do not use your guests' numbers for anything else, and we delete them after the event if you ask.
